Arrow How to reduce the exhaust noise?

The noise of my truck's exhaust is simply brutally loud

    How can I silence it?

Well...you can add a layer of dampening pads on any metal surface on your truck's interior. You can buy and cut dampening sheets and insert it between door coverings, upholstery and carpet to dampen sound thatis transmitted through the car's metal structure. The sheet can also help to reduce noises from traffic and wind, which can help you to get the clarity you need when playing a song inside the car.
You can also install exhaust wrap around the pipes and muffler. Always follow the manufacturer's when wrapping and attaching the wrap to effectively dampen the sound from the exhaust system.

If you have no budgetary restriction, it's a good idea to replace the muffler of your exhaust system. A dual-in muffler allows gasses and loud sound waves to collide and the resulting wave interference will make both sound waves to cancel each other, significantly reducing the exhaust noise. It's also important to check for any leaks in the entire exhaust system. Leaks will let the gas and its associated sound wave to escape before they get dampened.
Resonated exhaust tip can also help to reduce the noise, as any remaining noise will be further dampened by the fiberglass lining.
